Refund & Return Policy

Returns: You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with your order number as proof of purchase.

How to start: Email halodesksupply@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send the return address and next steps — please don't ship anything back before contacting us.

Damaged or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover it.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refundable unless the return is our error.
