Shipping Policy
Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times: Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after processing, depending on your location. Some items ship from overseas partners, so delivery can take longer than domestic-only stores. Thanks for your patience.
Shipping destinations: We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Options and costs are shown at checkout based on your address.
Tracking: A tracking number is provided for every order. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact us at halodesksupply@gmail.com.
Delays: Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Customs, carrier delays, weather, and holidays can affect delivery. We're not responsible for delays once an order leaves the facility, but we'll always help you track it down.
Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
